等离子抛光对表面的摩擦作用一般是去掉1~2个丝。对冲压印迹和表面橘皮无法去掉。采用手工抛光和等离子抛光相结合的办法。即采用手工开初去掉表面压印和橘皮。留下很深的麻轮纹路采用很细的线轮纹路去除。这个时候留下的线轮纹路采用等离子抛光去除。最后效果为表面镜光隆鼻无任何纹路，表面棱角处产生R角。对工件的里面一样抛光光亮。这块运用这种等离子抛光主要作用在去除人工打磨纹路，少一次清洗程序，增加美观度，成品率高。由于手工开初和人工打磨精光的时间成本基本相同，结合等离子抛光节约一定的成本，主要效用为大大提高效率，提高成品率。
对表面做过镭射和蚀刻的产品。
镭射和蚀刻产品会留下黄印，污点，降低表面光泽度。通过等离子抛光能完整保持镭射和蚀刻图案，并能抛光任注塑机周边设备何一个面，去除污点，黄印，增加亮度。极大的增加美观度。
手机等数码产品内部件：一般产品为冲出的产品就是成品，有些要求内部件做处抛光理。效果为去披风，去毛刺。不锈钢做出的产品主要是卡槽，线路槽等，线板等。由于是内部件一般极不规则和复杂，手工抛光基本都无法处理，采用能离子抛光能很有效的去披风，去毛刺，棱角处产生圆弧。让部件之间能很好的配合，极大的减小和线路的摩擦。内部件中一特别的产品为滑轨，有些滑轨设计有明显的凹槽，手工处理不能有效的控制尺寸，很多地方无法抛光。采用等离子能很好的控制顺滑程度
